Animated sprites with backdrops (price inclusive or sprites/ backdrops! )

~10 seconds .gif or/and silent mp4: begins at USD75
Time taken: 3-4 working days

~30 seconds .gif or/and silent mp4: begins at USD90
Time taken: 3-6 working days

~30 second Video format with simple bgm and sfx: begins at USD100
Time taken: 4-7 working days

USD15 for every additional 10 seconds.

Storyboarding / Rough sketches

Work previews/ storyboards/ rough sketches will be provided to visualize your ideas!
Time taken : 3-5 working days, depends on complexity*

*Client to provide artists' brief to communicate the vision, purpose, basic storyline/ keyphrases where required, budget and deadline
I may also work with client on the mood and storyboard.

Tasks/ Sprites I can do

1. As mentioned in Commission Types and Prices

2. Fanarts of characters in 32 bit (for personal use only)

3. Simple backdrops - rooms, outdoor scene, with simple animations such as moving clouds/ a falling leaf

4. For animated video: Adding simple background music and sound effects
   *limited to availability of commercial free license assets, client to purchase license if required of a chosen an asset that is not commercial-free licensed

5. For animated social media posts: Using graphic design tools to visualize the storyboard before actual drawing phase

For any other requests based on my style, feel free to inquire!

Tasks/ Sprites I will not do

1. Complex actions/ battle/ mechanical movements

2. 64 x 64 pixels and above resolution sprites/ characters

3. Mecha

4. Gore/ Sensitive themes

5. For videos: length of time more than 60 seconds per video

6. For sfx/ bgm: video voiceovers and creating my own sound/ music files

Money matters/ Refund policy

• Deposit 20% is required before beginning of work. Deposits are non-refundable once I have began phase 1 of the process.

• Non-watermarked product will be sent after full payment completed in full

Rights and Copyright

1. For Fanarts: Fanarts are only for personal use and you may not use the designs for commercial purposes

2. For original designs:

Client will have the right to: display, modify, transmit, transfer, sell, and create derivative works
I will retain the rights to: authorship credit and copyright of all original works

Time

• Please refer to Commission types and prices for estimated timeframes.

• You accept that the mentioned times are estimates and sometimes designing and finalizing the project may take longer.

• If it does take longer than the estimated time, I will notify the commissioner.

Other T&C

• Commissions are on first come first serve basis

• If the commissioner requests I can send work-in-progress sketches of the work

• I may decline the commission if I deem it not within my skill level/ feasible within given timeframe

Contact the artist

1. Client provides brief with references of the objective of the product to be designed. The clearer the objective/ scope, the better!

2. I will review the request and if I am able to do it, I will send an agreement over.

Commission begins once agreement between artist and commissioner is signed!

1. Storyboard/ Drafting phase

• I will provide a preview of the work (storyboard/ rough sketches)

• I will go through up to 2 rounds of feedback with client on finalizing the wanted design.

2. Actual drawing phase (still images)

• I begin drawing the sprites based on the approved storyboards/ rough sketches

• I will go through up to 2 rounds of feedback with client on finalizing the wanted design (please allow 1 week estimate per round).

3. Animating the sprites

• The finalized sprites/ design will be animated frame by frame, coming to live!

[Please note that by now, any major changes to the design will be very difficult and time consuming, as edits usually will go through a tedious frame by frame edit!]

4. Edits and fine-tuning

• Please allow me a few working days (preferably 3-7 days) to do corrections/ edits/ adding that few extra details so I may deliver the best work product to you.

5. Ready for final send-off

• After final payment, the final output files will be sent in the requested resolutions.
